Villa Las Olas 4 is located in Las Olas residential area in San Pancho, Nayarit, which has 24-hour security and access to the beach. The main house has 4 bedrooms and an additional bedroom with an independent entrance for up to 4 people.

All bedrooms have large bathrooms, closets and terraces with small tables. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath on the first floor, two living rooms, a dining room for 8 people inside the house with air conditioning and two dining rooms located on the terrace with a total capacity of approximately 20 people.

In the pool area there is a gas grill with chairs, a sink and a minibar for maximum comfort, there is also a bathroom area divided between men and women with a shower each. The pool has an intelligent heat pump to keep the water at a stable temperature. There is a yoga shala which can be used for any type of exercise or workshop and at the side there is the massage cabin.

Casitas

In addition to the main house, there are two small loft-type houses with a bathroom, shower, living room, dining room, refrigerator and kitchenette. Casita Granada has a king size bed on the second floor and a king size sofa bed on the second floor, while Casita Papaya has a king size bed on the second floor and a queen bed on the first floor. They have a common area where you can find a table and a firewood grill, in addition to it’s small individual terrace with 2 pallets each.
