Villa Cochas Chinas 20 is a spectacular six-bedroom oceanfront luxury villa in Lower Conchas Chinas, less than a mile from all the charm, energy, and entertainment of downtown Puerto Vallarta. It has approximately 12,000 sq ft of living space, including four spacious king-size guest suites, a penthouse casita with two extra bedrooms, and eight bathrooms.
The House has multiple outdoor dining areas, a heated saltwater pool, a Jacuzzi, and full-time staff. It is ideal for entertaining or a quiet family getaway. From the moment you step through the door, you will feel you have entered the temple of the gods with a dramatic and sparkling Pacific overlook.
The architectural ethereal design offers “sky-high” vaulted ceilings, a cupula-topped stairway, massive columns, and beams with lofty arched doors. Casa Buena Vida is cantilevered right into Conchas Chinas’ cliffs, also known as the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta.

Food and Beverages:
- Food and beverage costs are not included. We will provide menu suggestions to assist with meal planning before and during your stay.
- Meals are served “family style,” with the same appetizer, main course, and dessert for all guests, except for those with allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Our staff will handle one grocery shopping trip per day for meal preparation and any additional requests. Guests will need to reimburse the staff for groceries purchased (pesos and dollars are accepted), with a 10% shopping fee added to the grocery bill.
Staff & Services:
- We provide a house manager, chef, waiter, and housekeeper, along with complimentary concierge services.
- Service Hours:
- Housekeepers: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The chef prepares two meals daily, with the kitchen closing by 7:00 p.m. Options include breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. If guests choose breakfast and dinner, the staff serves breakfast, cleans up afterward, and manages daily cleaning routines.
- Our houseman, Enrique, handles shopping for dinner items. In the afternoon, he offers a snack upon request, followed by happy hour and dinner, typically at 7:00 p.m. Staff is off on Sundays and national holidays, but Sunday service is available for arrivals or departures.
